✨”Healthy isn’t a goal, it’s a way of living” 🌱 .
For years I had been a “healthy living advocate”, but my eating habits and exercise routine left much to be desired... 👎 .
I had struggled with my weight my entire adult life, and despite the healthy diet and exercise, I COULD NOT manage to lose weight, and if I did, it wasn’t long before it came back. I WAS SO FRUSTRATED 🤦🏻♀️ .
I was also not a believer in diets 🚫 -- I couldn’t stand the thought of depriving myself from foods I loved, and had seen one to many cases of failed diet attempts. I truly believed that a healthy balanced diet was the secret to success 🌱, but something was missing because I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted... .
At this time in my life I was experiencing:
🔸 Inconsistency 🔸 Stress
🔸 Weight Gain
🔸 Low Energy
🔸 Acne .
So, on January 2018, fed up with my excuses and lack of results, I decided to take action and invest in myself, embarking on an incredible health, entrepreneurial and personal growth journey that has completely changed my life. 💪🏼 .
I started a 30 Days to Healthy Living Program that was:

This was NOT a diet ❌…it was a lifestyle change, and the program tackled so many areas of my health INSIDE & OUT. 🧘🏻♀️.
My energy was up, my acne had cleared, my cells were hydrated, my body was the healthiest it had been in YEARS, and I lost 14 lbs. in a two-month period, breaking a multi-year weight plateau. It was a light-bulb moment for me 💡… I FINALLY found a system that worked!.
Fast forward to today, a year and a half later, and I have been able to keep the weight off, and my internal health is the best it has ever been! 🏋🏻♀️ I am so grateful I found something that worked that I have made it my mission to share this and help others live a healthier and happier life. 🙌🏼 .
